The weekend started early with a large tree needing to be removed from Superhighway. Big thanks to Russell and his chainsaw. Saturday saw the next stage of trail development on the Wondai trail network with two entrance signs erected. A great job was done, thanks to John and Jacob for their hard work. The signs look great. Next on the agenda will be trail head signage and trail direction signage. Time to go grant hunting. Slow and steady
Sunday saw U10 action today at the 5th round of the Wild West XCO Series at Adare, Jack & Soren rode their little hearts out today, well done to all the kids & to JR & JP for running another great event. Another good day for our South Burnett Mountain Bike junior riders with Ben, Jacob S. & Luca all ending up on the podium in their respective classes. A great effort by Matt stepping up into the C grade men's event. Especially since he was riding his old bike, lending his older brother Ben his race bike for the day while it is being repaired. Very considerate Big Matt.
