The 2022 Route
The route could change before the start of the ride due to unforeseen circumstances or even during the ride due to weather

Day 1- Kingaroy to Kumbia
Day 1 takes riders from Kingaroy through bitumen and dirt backroads to Kumbia. The countryside on day one allows for wonderful views towards Tarong and the Bunya Mountains. On the first night we will be staying in Kumbia Hall.

Day 2- Kumbia to Bell
On Day 2 riders head out of Kumbia. Most of Day 2 in on dirt backroads that take us very close to the wind farm via Ironpot Rd finishing later in the afternoon in Bell. Staying at Bell Showgrounds

Day 3- Bell to The Bunya Mountains
Day three is a shorter day with around 66kms. However we will be climbing the Bunya Mountains. The first 35 kms of today takes us through farm land before we start the climb up The Bunyas. This will be a challenge but one well worth the effort. On night three we will be staying in accommodation near Poppies Restaurant.

Day 4- The Bunya Mountains to Maidenwell
Our route on Day 4 takes us back down The Bunyas and along Cooyar Rangemore Rd to Cooyar. Then up The Palms and on to Maidenwell. Our overnight say on Day 4 will be at the Maidenwell hall with dinner at the Maidenwell Pub.

Day 5- Maidenwell to Kingaroy
We will be up bright and early on the last day, as our route takes us back to Kingaroy. Arriving back at the Kingaroy Showground by approximately 12:30pm.
